Ingredients
  • 1 Tea spoon onion powder
  • 1 Tea spoon granulated garlic
  • 1 Table spoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 Tea spoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 Table spoon sesame oil
  • 6 ounces skinless salmon filets
  • 1/4 Cups cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado. peeled and pitted
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/8 Tea spoons salt
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 5 Table spoons lime juice
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. Step 2

    Combine onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, red pepper flakes and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix. Rub salmon with spice mixture on all sides.

  3. Step 3

    Spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place salmon in the basket and cook in the preheated air fryer until salmon flakes easily with a fork and is browned all over, about 5 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking time.

  4. Step 4

    Place cottage cheese, avocado, garlic, salt, lime zest, and lime juice in the jar of a blender; blend on high until sauce is smooth and well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Serve salmon bites with avocado lime sauce.
