Note

For the best results, make sure to finely chop the pecans to create an even crust that sticks well to the salmon. Bake the salmon at 375°F (190°C) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for perfect doneness. Be careful not to overcook the salmon to preserve its moisture and tenderness. A drizzle of extra maple syrup before serving adds a beautiful glaze and enhances the sweetness.
